Q5.Please tell me about the infrastructure available with you?
A-Our training rooms are equipped with Networked intel machines with 256 MB rams and color monitors. Every student is provided with individual work station. We have routers, catalyst switches and Firewalls .

Q6.Tell me about the lab set up available with you?
A- We have 9 routers of various CISCO series like 4500, 2500, 1750 with VOIP, 1600 and CISCO catalyst layer 3 switches (3550). We also have two live ISDN WAN links and Networked Intel machines with 256 MB RAM. We also have 2 PIX 501, CheckPoint NG, IOS firewalls etc.

Q7.What is the theory practical ratio?
A-We provide 100% on-line training.

Q8.What is your pass percentage?
A-We have a very good percentage of students who clear exams in first attempt. In Microsoft Exams the pass percentage is 94% and in CISCO the pass percentage is 95%.

Q9.Tell me about your exam centre?
A-We have our own authorized exam centre of PEARSON VUE, Australia.

Q10.What will be the course material you use?
A-We provide and follow the official curriculum for Microsoft Courses, NOVELL-SUSE certified training material for SUSE-Linux courses, approved reference books for CISCO and CheckPoint courses.

Q11.Do we have to purchase the books on our end?
A-Books will be provided to you by us. If you want to go through the books then please mail to us we can also send you the books by courier (courier cost will be extra).

Q12.What will be the batch strength?
A-We believe in quality training and the quality comes through personalized attention. Maximum batch strength will be of 5 students.

Q13.Can we avail extra time for practices?
A-Yes, you can avail unlimited extra time for your practical practices.

Q14.Do we need any basic knowledge for these courses?
A-Each course has their pre-requisites which are given in website.

Q15.Do we have to carry the books along with us daily?
A-It is not required as such but it will be really beneficial if you have gone through the topics in advance.

Q16.What if I want to extend my stay in Delhi?
A-You can extend your stay in India (after getting the return reservation rescheduled with the airline). You might need to pay an additional cost to the airline (usually around US $ 150). Hotel and accommodation cost will also be extra ( US $ 30 per day for Luxury hotel accommodation).

Q17.Do I get the certificate of participation?
A-Yes, you will get a participation certificate from NETZONE for the CISCO, CheckPoint and Microsoft courses and from NOVELL for their certified courses.

Q18.Can I go for other courses during my stay in Delhi? Can it be completed in a particular time frame by having one to one training?
A-Yes, It can be possible. We can arrange one to one training on your request only, on extra cost.

Q.19 Can I see the photograph of the class room?
A-Sure, please visits our photo gallery.

Q.20 What is the language of the training?
A-We provide training in English language.

Q.21 What are the timings of the class?
A-The course timings are 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Saturday.

Q1. What is included in the boot camp prices?
A-The following costs are included in the boot camp prices:-
• Course Fee Exam Fee(one attempt for each exam as per the certification)
• Cost of one set of Course material Single occupancy in the Luxury hotel inclusive of all   meals(Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).We have option for twin sharing, if you so desire please   contact us.
• Pick up and drop facility at airport.
• Pick up and drop facility from Hotel to the training centre. Helpdesk services for minor yet   very important services.
  Help desk services for providing assistance for moving around in Delhi.
• Every possible support and guidance to make your stay comfortable in INDIA.

Q2.Is the air fare included in the Boot Camp Prices?
A-No, the airfare is not included in the Boot Camp Prices. By booking your ticket online you can easily get the cheapest rate. Please do check from the various travel agents before booking your tickets.

Q3.Do I have to pay for the meals extra?
A-No, the cost of the breakfast, lunch and dinner is all included in the boot Camp Prices.

Q4. What is the mode of payment?
A-The registration amount of $500 can be paid through Paypal, Western Union, Wired Transactions The balance amount has to be paid by traveller's checks or cash upon arrival in India.

Q5.What are the other costs which are not included in the prices?
A-There are no other costs involved unless you go for shopping or eating out at a restaurant. You need not to pay any extra amount what you already are paying to us.

Q6.Do you accept on line payments for credit cards?
